No really. “Bankrupt U.S. automaker General Motors said today it would offer 0 percent financing for up to 72 months on most of its soon-to-be-discontinued Pontiac brand and some other vehicles,” Automotive New s [sub] reports. I’m no automotive executive (I just second guess them on the internet), but this sale is six days/kinds of stupid. Before I do the Letterman thing, GM PR says the aufwiedersein sale includes “select 2009 and 2010 vehicles in dealer stock including Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra regular, extended and crew cab light-duty pickups; Chevrolet Suburban and GMC Yukon XL SUVs; Chevrolet Impala; and the Pontiac models: Vibe, G3, G5, G6 and G8.
