Chrysler Offers Incentive Equal To Cash For Clunkers Vouchers To Everyone

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Chrysler Group LLC will offer incentives up to $4,500 — the maximum amount of vouchers issued to qualified buyers under the government's Cash for Clunkers program — to all consumers.

Many vehicles will not qualify for a voucher because they are not driveable or get more than 18 mpg. In these cases, charity car donation is a good allternative. If you donate a car to charity, you’ll get a tax deduction and the charity will get the money through its sale.
